Yes, the host pays €49-119 when accepting a request (based on stay duration). Founding Hosts 2026 pay nothing (€0 fee throughout 2026). This ensures commitment from both parties and allows inhabitme to operate sustainably.
5Is WiFi really verified?
All listings are required to have reliable internet suitable for remote work. Specific speed requirements should be confirmed directly with the host before booking.
6What about cancellations?
You negotiate cancellation conditions directly with the host. Each host has their own policy. This gives you flexibility to reach agreements that suit both parties.
7What if the host doesn't respond?
We guarantee host response within 48 hours. If they don't respond, we refund 100% of your payment. No questions asked.
