3What exactly do I get for this fee?
Verified direct contact of the host (email + phone) + 48h response guarantee or money back. inhabitme acts as a trusted intermediary. After the match, you communicate directly with the host to coordinate everything.
4Does the host pay anything?
Yes, the host pays €49-119 when accepting a request (based on stay duration). Founding Hosts 2026 pay nothing (€0 fee throughout 2026). This ensures commitment from both parties and allows inhabitme to operate sustainably.
5Is WiFi really verified?
Yes. All properties guarantee >50 Mbps WiFi, verified and suitable for remote work. We don't accept properties without good internet.
6What about cancellations?
You negotiate cancellation conditions directly with the host. Each host has their own policy. This gives you flexibility to reach agreements that suit both parties.
7What if the host doesn't respond?
We guarantee host response within 48 hours. If they don't respond, we refund 100% of your payment. No questions asked.
8Is payment secure?
